Can I observe a class before enrolling?
Absolutely. We encourage parents to sit in on a trial session. This helps both you and your child understand our teaching approach and classroom environment.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a full refund for any unused sessions if you decide to discontinue within the first month. After the initial period, unused sessions can be transferred or refunded on a pro-rata basis with 14 days notice.
Do you offer online tutoring?
Yes, we provide hybrid learning options. Students can attend in-person or join live online sessions for most of our programmes. Our digital learning platform supports interactive engagement regardless of location.
