Description of Services

Trans Super provides educational tutoring services, including but not limited to academic tutoring, exam preparation, language courses, and professional skills development. Services are delivered through in-person sessions at our centre, online sessions, and hybrid arrangements.

User Accounts

To access certain features of our services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use
• Ensuring all information provided is accurate and current

Enrollment and Payment

Enrollment in our programmes constitutes agreement to the following:

• Fees are due at the beginning of each month or as otherwise agreed
• Prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include applicable taxes
• Payment may be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods
• Late payments may result in suspension of services
• Package discounts are non-refundable once sessions have commenced

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation and refund terms are as follows:

• Sessions may be rescheduled with 24 hours notice
• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are forfeited
• New students may receive a full refund within the first 14 days if unsatisfied
• After the initial period, unused sessions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis
• Administrative fees may apply to refund processing

Intellectual Property

All content on the Trans Super website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and educational materials, is the property of Trans Super or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding without authorisation
• Modify or create derivative works from our content
• Use our materials for commercial purposes without consent

User Conduct

When using our services, you agree not to:

• Disrupt or interfere with our services or systems
• Engage in behaviour that is harmful, threatening, or offensive
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Share account access with unauthorised individuals

Limitation of Liability

Trans Super provides educational services on an "as is" basis. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific academic outcomes or examination results. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for services

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trans Super, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
